hey folks(: If you haven't seen "Repo! the genetic Opera," you really should. It is a dark type of film and like a musical. It stars Alexa Vega and Paris Hilton. The movie takes place in "the near future" and an epidemic broke out causing people's organs to fail. Well, since people couldn't afford to get surgery, many died. Then a business called GENECO uprised. They give you the surgery and you pay later. The catch is, if you fail to pay by the deadline...the repo man comes to reposses the organ!
Alright, so you are probably thinking wow this movie sounds really weird and worthless. I'm telling you, it's great (:
It just came out, so go rent it!

oh, and the soundtrack is amazing. Check that out too.
By the way, the headline of this blog is from a song from the movie.

It's a shame

During these last couple weeks, I have really begun to notice the changes in some people. It's like their minds are overtaken with the image of being "cool."
What is "cool?"
Is it the fake appearance that you portray?
or the real you?

Why would you want to be someone your not? It's like the people you think are your friends are liking you for all the wrong reasons and not because of who you really are. People like this tend to not only, neglect other people's feelings, but their own too. You see people that change the sport they are in just to be with people they think are "cool." This is ridiculous. If people don't like you for who you are, why should you change? Obviously they aren't your friend if you have to put on an act for them to accept you. You actually lose friends in the process of trying to fit in. You push your true friends away and bring the materialistic people in.
I feel sorry for people that act this way. It must suck having to go allow with what everyone else does....

So on new years, Mel, Kaila, Brandon, Ally, Marley, and I were at Mel's playing apples to apples.

I of course have really crappy cards so when a category is drawn, I just but down a random card.

The category was rough
and the pile of cards consisted of bruce willis, Abe lincoln, and ninjas..

Ok, I hate having to come to this blog thinger and complain or vent about things but honestly it's all I can even think about doing.
Don't you ever get rally frustrated when people constantly think so high of themselves. It's like hey people, snap back into reality, not everything revolves around you. Some people act like the world would stop turning if something happened to them. You see all these hot heads that attend ALHS and it really irritates me. It's like if someone truly thinks your awesome, then they will tell you, so quit walking around like your better then everyone else.
Honestly, when I hear someone talking about me, I don't go and freak out at them because really, that is so immature. Wouldn't you rather just blow it off? Why sink down to someone else's level of stupidity.
But anywho, my favorite people of all are the ones that talk so badly about another person that they don't even know. It's like wow, maybe if you took time to actually speak to the person and get to know them, you would maybe actually like them....
